General questions
For anything about how the site works, which tool to use for a particular platform, or how a generated list should be interpreted, write to hello@socialkeywordgenerator.com. If your question would be useful to other readers, we may also add it to the FAQ page.
Support and bug reports
If a generator returns an error, produces an empty list, or behaves differently from what is described on its page, write to support@socialkeywordgenerator.com. Please include the tool you used, the topic you typed, and roughly when it happened. That detail is usually enough for us to reproduce the problem.
Corrections and editorial
If an article contains a factual error, an out of date figure or a link that no longer works, tell us which page and which sentence. Where a correction is warranted we change the article itself rather than publishing a note elsewhere, and the page's updated date is revised.
Feature requests
We add tools based on what people actually ask for. If you need a generator for a platform we do not cover, or an option the current tools lack, describe the workflow you are trying to complete rather than the feature you have in mind. The underlying problem is usually more useful to us than a proposed solution.
Advertising and business
For advertising enquiries, partnership proposals or anything commercial, use hello@socialkeywordgenerator.com with a clear subject line. We do not sell sponsored placements inside articles or paid positions inside tool results, so please do not ask for those.
Response times
Messages are usually answered within two business days. Bug reports that affect a working tool are prioritised ahead of everything else. If you have not heard back within a week, resend the message; it is more likely to have been missed than ignored.
